Q. I tried to jewel punch an item and got less sockets than the number of jewels I put in. What is going on?

A. Items have a max number of sockets based on item level and the item type. Refer to the table on this page https://diablo2.diablowiki.net/Sockets The only exception to this is ELITE helmets can have 4 sockets.

Q. Can you add an item filter?

A. Not in the true sense of an item filter. The best we can do is edit the string values of certain items which alter the name PERMANANTELY. For example hiding an item from dropping is simply changing the name of the item to " " (a blank space). Until we are able to edit the game files themselves (not just txt files) a true item filter cannot exist.

Q. Can you support other languages?

A. We can but would need help from the community to do so. As someone who does not speak any other language than english I cannot help with this. You can contribute to the strings found in /local/lng/strings through Github to assist in other languages

Q. When using the 2SP and 8 Attributes per level version, do you get the proper amount of skill points and attributes when respeccing?

A. Yes. Say you are level 10 and you respect, you will have 20 skill points and 80 attribute points to spend. (Assuming you completed no +skill/+attribute quests)

Q. Where can I find Snapchip Shatter?

A. Snapchip is a vanilla monster. The spot is unchanged from Vanilla. https://diablo2.diablowiki.net/Snapchip_Shatter

Q. What is the number on the rune icon?

A. That's the rune's number: El is #1, Eld is #2, Zod is #33, etc.

Q. What are stacked gems and runes, and why do gems and runes drop in stacks?

A. In order to save space, most gems and runes drop in stacked form. When you mouse over a stack of 2 runes, it will say Quantity: 2 of 10. A stack of 4 gems will say Quantity: 4 of 30. An unstacked gem or rune will give you a description of the item and the bonuses it gives when socketed.

Q. How do I combine stacks of gems or runes? A. Stacks of the same item can be combined in your inventory, but not in your stash. If you have two stacks of a gem or rune, simply pick up one stack and click on the other stack. The two stacks will be combined! If that didn't work, remember that you need to combine the stacks in your inventory. There's also a maximum size of 10 for runes and 30 for gems.

Q. How can I unstack a gem or rune?

A. Put a stack of gems or runes into the Horadric Cube by itself and click the Transmute button, and one gem or rune will be split from the stack. For example, if you put a stack of 10 emeralds in the cube and click the button, you'll have one stack of 9 emeralds and one stack of 1 emerald. Next, remove the larger stack, and keep the stack of 1 in the cube. Click the button and you'll get an unstacked gem or rune - an unstacked emerald, in this example. You can socket it, use it in recipes, upgrade it, or combine it.

Q. How do I combine unstacked gems or runes into stacked runes?

A. Put three unstacked copies of the same gem or rune into the cube and click the button.

Q. How do I upgrade a gem or rune?

A. Put two unstacked copies of the same gem or rune into the cube and click the button.

Q. How do I downgrade a gem or rune?

A. Put an unstacked gem or rune into the cube and click the button. If you cube an unstacked El rune, nothing will happen. If you cube an unstacked chipped gem, you'll get a chipped gem grabber.

Q. What are gem grabbers and gem bags?

A. Please look here: https://d2rr.wiki.gg/wiki/Gem_Bag

Q. Does the Pitzilla fight still exist?

A. Not right now. There's a bug and the Pitzilla recipe has been disabled until a fix can be found.

Q. I used a regular cube recipe and it didn't work, what can I try?

A. Make sure all gems and runes are unstacked and try again.
